Mr. Wildes has over 30 years of executive management experience in private and public companies. In addition to working as StillPoint Capital’s Senior Investment Banker, Cliff also has founded and run Triad Capital. Over his career as a C-Level principal and/or consultant he has helped take a number of companies public by reverse merger and facilitated the funding of equity or debt in those companies.

Cliff has significant experience in the microelectronics, computer hardware, software and financial service industries and consulting for both technology and non-technology sectors domestic and international.

In addition to Triad Capital, LLC, Mr. Wildes is co-founder of Searchlight Partners, a consulting firm located in Sarasota Florida and was the Founder, CEO and Chairman of nFinanSe, Inc, a publicly-traded company that is a premier provider of stored value and prepaid card solutions in the United States.

Mr. Wildes was Founder, CEO and Chairman of Microtech International Inc., a privately held computer and Electronics Company in the USA, UK and Japan that he sold to a Japanese public company. Wildes was also the Founder, CEO and Chairman of Nova Interactive Inc., which he sold to a USA public company and was founder and CEO of Meridian Capital Inc, a venture capital firm that provided the initial funding for Morgan Beaumont which became nFinanSe and funded Nova Interactive.

Mr. Wildes has extensive international trade experience in the Asian markets as Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of RamState Electronics located in Tokyo Japan, Co-Founder and Chairman of Microtech Japan in Tokyo Japan with offices in Hong Kong and Co-Founder and Director of Ado America, a wholly-owned US subsidiary of Ado, a Japanese publicly-traded company.

Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Mr. Wildes earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston State College, which is now the University of Massachusetts Boston.

Mr. Wildes holds FINRA Series 24, 62, 63 and Series 79 Investment Banking license.
